GTFIH need advice otoplasty consultation+surgery is gonna make me lose my girl and sidehoe

I have a otoplasty consulation on 23rd and have cant be wearing correctors days prior or after because wearing correctors temporaryily changes ear cartilage position when taken off which u dont want when someones trying to pin ur ears back and cant predict how ur ear shape is gonna change cuz it isnt in its natural form.

That means i have to avoid contact with my girl before and prior without explaining to her why which easily be a month plus recovery and telling her isnt a option cuz shes gonna tell her friends or sister which is bad cuz itd effect me w other girls and if we break up cuz im talking to other girls then shes def telling - i mean who does she think im looksmaxxing for?

telling her ofc could fuck w her perception of me i mean she knows i do other looksmaxxes but plastic surgery is gonna make it even worse if she catches me cheating and is gonna make my rep even more cooked so its fully off the table. For the sidebitch i can just beaniemax cuz a week from now my ears are small and will be in normal position/ and my hair is long and a beanie pushes them far back enough temperaroily so if she takes it off she wont notice anything really still not good tho but idrc if i lose the sidehoe thats why thats on the table

i dont know if theres anyway to avoid seeing her for a month without a reason i dont have a surgery date either yet its consulation then ill get one like holy shit im cooked i called her chopped shyt in response to smthn and she started full on crying so if i ghost her for a month or avoid seeing her while maintaining contact only online wearing a beanie or headphones not gonna help+shes a overthinker

What are my options looking like my gf wants to see me tmr and the sidebitch wants to see me next weekend serious org is only place i can consult about this cuz everyone is so bluepilled and is just like tell her-

Honestly I’d suggest going on a break with her. Make some shit up like ‘oh I need to work on myself for a bit’ idk. If she’s really into you then you can hit her back up in a months time to patch things up again. Although, I thought the recovery period was a bit shorter than that. I’m under the impression you have to wear a headband for a bit (2 weeks) then wear one at night for another 3 weeks.
