Here's my surgery plan (NOT FINALIZED) with all the movements, before and afters, PLEASE CRITIQUE IT AND HELP A BROTHA OUT!

Main concerns currently are whether I should vertical genio (for a taller chin) or not, use alar cinch and vy closure (Would prevent nose widening, but I think I would look good with the upturn and some extra projection to harmonize it all) and all the shit with impaction/downgraft both posteriorly and anteriorly (I think I might need more of an anterior vertical impaction).

And before you say "Your upper maxilla is still recessed blah blah blah" I am well aware and will get implants for it in the future
