Guess my bodyfat percentage

Hey guys I am on my way to cut to 10% bodyfat or below and would like to know my current bodyfat%. I would be very grateful if you could honestly attempt to guess my bodyfat%. Keep in mind that I am flexing in the first 4 pics and that most my fat lies in my face/stomach. I am also 18 so, this can‘t affect my nonexistent growth

But where is my sixpack. I have been dieting and micromanaging my life for over 1 1/2 years now and there is still no sixpack(shouldn‘t it show now?). 🫠😡

I lost a ton of muscle but idk about muscle right now. I need to get a lean face asap

u just have a weak core, if u seriously start to train core the abs will pop

Abs are still a muscle that you need to train.

You need to add muscle. Your face wont benefit from getting leaner

this. you're skinny as fuck right now, u shouldnt really care about bf% just bulk - preferably lean but dont be afraid of dirty bulking.

although i gotta say your genetics are shit tier sadly, that shoulder the waist ratio is depressing.

Not really, what you do have though is body dismorphia. Losing more weight will not benefit you lookswise, it’s a looksmin as you are in puberty. Just eat a bit more and gain muscle and you will lean out as you enter your 20s. You are not bloated what so ever.

Train your abs then and by training I mean actually doing resistance training and not just do crunches like a faggot.

You still have fat on your face so you would benefit by leaning down more
 
How many carbs do you eat daily?
How many grams of sodium per day(not salt)?
What is your daily potassium intake(in grams)?

These 3 affect your face the most.
Based on your body i would say 13%.
