I was 74kg, 9% late last year, currently 88kg 14%bf, my face changes a lot just a couple percentages, I’m a recessedcel, overbite and recessed chin.

Unfortunately he’s right, I have extremely good bodyfat distribution at the cost of it all going to my face, I look very, very bloated compared to when I’m shredded, I also have a recessed, somewhat narrow jaw.

I don’t mind being incel for the next 6-8 months while I wait for my surgery.
