Gymmax: how do i gain weight and lose bodyfat

I am on a bulk right and i made good progress but i gained a little bodyfat not much but a little and is there any chance to get shredded and gain bodyweight i need some advices that could help please
 
I heard some people did a lean bulk and got shredded you think thats bullshit?

stop eating sugary shit or refined carbs, every single carb in the body turns into sugar which leads to a spike in blood glucose levels which leads to your body (even slightly) promoting weight gain by supressing your growth and using the calories to store for later.

eat protein and fats more than carbs, use fats to bulk e.g nuts, 99% peanut butter, butter, oils, beef mince, chicken thighs.

If you wanna lose fat just eat less than burned and dont consume too much sugar since it will lower how much calories you burn. you can eat fruit just not plenty of it.

if you dont want to give up sweets or sodas just eat a food thats high in fat or fibre e.g nuts to help slow digestion of the sugar and blunt the glucose spike.

Avoid endocrine disrupters if you want to testmaxx. use the app yuka to scan all your hygiene products to see if they are harmful to your hormones

you can get shredded but you need to gain muscle first before you lose weight. you can leanbulk for a few years and then cut to 12% and you will be shredded. you can also use steroids to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, but i don't recommend it. long-term you should always leanbulk (which includes gaining fat) until you're on 15-18% bf and gain muscle until you have a good base and then cut and stay at 12-13% forever.

Easy - simultaneously bulk & cut.
 
You can have a lean bulking phase with mini cuts every 6 weeks. But realistically, unless you’re a newbie, the only way to grow quality muscle is by bulking. Unless of course, you’re on PEDs
 
Body recomp technically but it’s wayyyyy less effective than a traditional bulk. Just bulk and then cut unless you’re really fat
