Honestly I’m just posting this here for accountability so I can go back and see everything.
I am very fortunate for having my gym literally inside school complex, it has tons of benefits like:

1. I literally don’t have to go to another place
2. I just leave my stuff in the gym locker there and I don’t even have to carry anything
3. I mog everyone there as they’re 90% students and 10% oldcel teacher manlets, so I don’t get anxiety and shit
4. The gym is well equipped, I have everything I need except for some machines I don’t really care that much about

Monday: Muscle group I
Tuesday: Muscle group II
Wednesday: Boxing
Thursday: Muscle group I
Friday: Muscle group II
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

Idrk what im gonna do with boxing and shit but I want to start doing it because I look like De Niro in raging bull like an ethnic russian mixed unharmonic dude but with sex appeal in a way sometimes. Omw everlastmaxxing

Also I bought yearly supply for preworkout, creatine monohydrate and whey protein, as well as a shaker, gym bottle and some boxing stuff, im gonna stuff everything in my locker.

Last year I hit some good gains but lost plenty on my trip to Qatar but

Not if ur 6’+ and have an average frame. Also good to do a bulk for a few months if you have low muscle mass so you can get even leaner

I only do it because I genuinely want to get good at boxing. Like just for this year and then quit altogether (or let's see), but I want to learn how to defend myself in a way that gives me a halo, without doing meme martial arts

it's good regardless of your height or frame, of course it doesn't do as much as most copers think it does, but between being gymmaxxed or not being gymmaxxed, it's better to be gymmaxxed alright?

I have wide hips so i need to gymmaxx otherwise I look goofy af, like now my frame looks much better than last year because of the gains so my wide hips now look more "manly" instead of just subhuman, still a falio but whatever at least it's more concealed.

With my phenotype, frame and "vibes" I need to go full subhuman and bulk. I look like an ethnic version of a "tincho" which is in our country a rich slightly tall man with thick argentinian accent who plays rugby. At the same time I got some robert deniro vibes in raging bull like i said before but depends on how i dress. If I dress with tank tops and shit i look like that but if i dress with button-up linen shirts i look more "tincho". Regardless of that, I need to get more muscle mass, my fat percentage is already pretty low and I don't store much fat in my stomach and I don't drink shit like beer.

Like just increase my fat percentage a little bit for the sake of gaining muscle and then the rest would be lean gains as I'm still testosteronemaxxed due to puberty
