had my first ever lucid dream the other night

i had a few weird side effects of quitting drinking, this was likely one of them. I didn’t get withdrawals but I got a brain zap when lying down to sleep, and flu symptoms.

Unfortunately the lucid dream was hyperrealistic and I didn’t have control over it, I just knew it was a dream

I have had 2, but they were only10 minutes apart. No doubt triggered by sleep deprivation, and having driven 750 miles that day, mostly at night. The first one was a very dense garden with flowers of very bright colors that would grow and shrink as I looked at them. I had no control over it, but I was aware I was in a dream. Seemed like it lasted a few minutes.

mugworts give you lucid dreams on the spot. I stopped using it because it made me drowsy waking up.
