Haircut would be low fade with long fringe but how does he have this texture? How can I emulate it?

I assume you're Slavic so you need a perm for this. I've also achieved similar results with sea salt spray and then messing it up with my hands.

theres a barber on insta with neck and hand tattoos that shows u how to do it but i forgot his name .

u got to mess with ur hair with ur hands to make it messy then apply some powder shit and then smarten it up with one of these specific combs

looks good tho. shame the face doesnt come with the cut
