Has anyone cut to around 10% bodyfat without going to gym while cutting? Experiences?

So I've been doing this for around a month now. Just calorie deficit and 5-7 km walks. Now I'm a bit worried if I will lose too much muscle since I read some normies on reddit saying you will lose much muscle if you cut without lifting weights. I've been lifting for over 5 years. The gains are what they are.

Last cut I did was keto with 16h intermittent fasting. I'm not a young guy anymore so I dont have the mental fortitude for that. Keto kept my muscle really well.

What were your peak lifts before cut? I've benched 130kg for 5x5. Oh and would you say you kept muscle well or not? Oh and height and weight before and after cut?

Just adding here that with keto I cut to 77 kg last time. That shot up to 80kg pretty fast when I started eating regularly. Actually I have a 77kg picture. Lemme get that...

The normies are right, you are probably going to lose a lot of muscle if you are on a calorie deficit and not lifting weight.

Yes. Tried it before because I refused to go to the gym. Lifting makes losing weight so much easier because you can literally lose fat and put on muscle as a noobie eating around or just under maintanence. Stop making it hard on yourself OP.

I'm not a noob lifter by any means. 5 years going to gym without skipping a week
