Feel like my punching power has improved from kettlebell swings...Technique still not good obviously

You answered your own question quite well, I'd say the same, you have the power, but your technique is sub-par compared to it

Just focus on the basic stuff like bringing your hand back to your chin, doing combos, not being so stiff, etc. You’re also very open in a lot of your punches, that’s just gonna be bad habits installed into your brain and you’ll have trouble getting rid of it so focus on not doing that first.

your biggest flaw is your stance without a good stance everything else will be bad. do you go to a boxing gym? also holy shit you look huge whats your height and weight

thanks for the tips guys
I am only 175 cm 80 kg. My weight fluctuates a lot woke up at 78 kg, sometimes Im 81 kg
