Last few weeks a lot, a couple of years back it only was a looks thing and never really thought about it, even tho i got clowned because of my looks for my whole life and made me as insecure as you can get, but because i am recessed it progressively got to the point where i developed OSA, i've been getting my money up for surgery but my sleep apnea has been getting even more brutal because of spring allergies, i can't sleep, i feel like i am dead and can't function properly during the day, i am kind of close to the total amount of money i had to save up but here surgery first approach is not a thing so i still will have to wait a couple of years to get it, every day i feel more tired than before, i might do it soon tbh, i got into college this year and i can't even socialize, i don't have any friends, i witness every single day how normal people just flow in the river of life while i already got lost behind, last week i was very close to actually doing it while trying to sleep and not being able to inhale a tiny bit of air through my nose for hours, and if i try to breathe through my mouth i just wake up like 20mins later

roping is popular for a reason, its a good method

od fails 9 times out of 10 especially using otc drugs
