HCG first cycle

How long into my first cycle 600mg test/week should i start hcg. I was thinking after week 4 untill week 18 then i'll stop for two weeks before starting pct.

if finances permit you can start it as soon as you start the test. whole point is to prevent testicular atrophy / primary hypogonadism so it's best started at the same time as the LH / FSH signal to the testes starts to decline.

what dose would you recommend tho, i was thinking of 250iu twice a week.

btw i might add, this is a common mistake, dont be on hcg for too long, it works less the longer you use it so dont be taking it year round or something

I won't.
This is my current plan:

Start 300mg test/2 weeks
Up to 600mg test/18 weeks
Run 500iu/week the whole cycle
PCT after (if even necessary due to HCG)

pct will be necessary if you want the quickest possible recovery due to HPG axis suppression. in most young men it wll come back on its own eventually even with no pct. use enclomiphene citrate.

250-500 IU HCG every 2nd day is the best supported by studies for this purpose.

that hcg dose is way higher than needed from the andecdotes i've read
i will pct tho, gotta do more research on it, but i can just start the cycle anyway i wont have to start pct for a while

this is based on the available research not anecdotes, though anecdotes are valid

in men with weekly Test E, CHG at 125 IU EOD = reduced intratesticular T by 25%, 250 = reduced by 7%, 500 = increased 26%
