Height is addictive... the feeling of it. The want for more height. It's never ending. I'd say once you get to 180 cm, you see how addictive and never ending height can be. When you're 6 foot to 6'3, you're stuck! You're stuck with wanting more height. Craving it. The heightmax doesn't end! When I was 185 cm I heightmaxxed until my bones were sore because of the addictive nature that was more height. I almost overdosed on milk. It didn't stop until I reached a height that I was truly comfortable with and the crave for more height was satiated. I felt powerless by the addiction to more height. I never felt worse in my life. That's why I say that 6 foot to 6'3" guys have it worse... the crave for more height takes over you

17 year old, 198 cm after hard height maxing since 2019. I'm not heightmaxxing now because the therapist said it is something I needed to let go of
