- Run Twice a week with moments of sprinting ( at least 20 minutes )

- stand on your tippy tones every now and then while reaching for the celling ( NEW ! )
- Listen to subluminals with background affirmations in the morning and before
you sleep and whenever you can.
- Bar hang every now and then throughout the day for 30 seconds if you can ( NEW ! )
- Good sleep
- Self affirmations ( e.g i am tall mogger )
- Gratitude ( show gratitude for your current height )
- Good posture
- Good Hydration

- High protein and vege diet
