As we all know, fasting increases HGH but decreases IGF-1 due to not having enough insulin in the body, which is not beneficial. (IGF 1 is the direct hormone that makes you grow, not HGH)

But what if we fasted for like 6-7 hours or more, depending on the schedule hours of the day after getting up, and ate only once per day, 4-5 hours before bed, ate very high amounts of foods especially very high glycemic index protein-rich foods and sugary foods to boost insulin production, thus getting benefits of both increased HGH and increased IGF-1?

keep starving yourself you slave

also the reason you go into a “fasted” state is because your body used all the glucose

So this wouldnt work

Yeah the problem is hgh has very low half life to support my theory, if it had higher half life like IGF 1 does this could've worked
