I have a downgrowth and a narrow maxilla but i dont have my maxilla recessed just the mandible/chin (idk) because of my overbite but im using damon braces and the dentist said that I'll achieve forward growth and a wide maxilla and I will extract my wisdom teeth and replace with plasma to have "potential bone growth" to grow my ramus and fix my downgrowth by doing a ccw rotation but I think extracting my wisdom teeth and having damon braces is not enough, I already tried d3+k2 and it ascended me a little (lltn to lmtn) and it made my zygos huge (like +5mm) ,gave me some forward growth(+4mm) and some ramus(+1cm) what can i do? I'm 16 and i cant use peps and roids.
