Hello, I’m 15 and I could really use some beginner advice for the gym. I want to lose weight and build a better physique, but whenever I go, I honestly don’t know what to do or where to start. If anyone has tips for a solid beginner routine or what I should focus on, I’d really appreciate it. last time, I did incline treadmill and the bike.

Just train hard and do lots of reps bro

Do ppl split and eat in a calorie defficit to loose weight. You can do cardio but it’s not supper nececery and just regularly lifting weights burns quit a bit of calories

Do U/L 6 days a week, this is because you’re going to get 3x frequency and a muscle grows the most whenever it’s first stimulated so you want that to happen as much as possible. Train with high intensity do most sets close to and to failure. 2 sets 4-8 reps you’re good

Honestly everyone here is overwhelming you with advice that’ll just cause you to hyper fixate on irrelevant details and fatigue. If you’re new to the gym all you need to do to see results is to literally go there and just lift shit.

Consistency + minor calorie surplus is all you need
