Hiding in my car

Im hiding in my car right now , too afraid when i walk into the Walmart people are gonna think “who’s that subhuman monkey”. I’m sweating inside my car I’m supposed to fetch errands for my mother but i can’t even step out the vehicle, I’ve been camped in here for 20 minutes. My social anxiety is at an 8 right now I’m so fearful, i think this panic attack was triggered by a girl from my former highschool texting me out of nowhere on Snapchat then deleting her message and then blocking me. I feel like I’m about to throwup, why are girls so mean and heartless I knew her since freshman year
