I've decided to stay really lean after this intensive fat loss regimen is done.
To realistically and comfortably do it I'll greatly benefit from being able to eat until full satiation. If I couldn't do that it just wouldn't be worth it.
List therefore all the foods that fill you up but contain very little calories.
There's cauliflower pizza that's keto and tastes pretty amazing for example.
Pastas you can make from vegetables, and the list goes on...
