@robert3 phthalates aren’t typically found in polyester that’s more of a concern with certain plastics. Polyester itself isn’t classified as an endocrine disruptor, but if you’ve got sources saying otherwise, feel free to drop them.

you're right that polyester is derived from PET, which is used in plastics, but finished polyester fabric usually has minimal residual phthalates, if any. still, if you’ve got solid research saying otherwise, I’m open to seeing it
