I suggest you start mewing, it’s basically adopting proper tongue posture in order for your face to grow up and forwards, I’d also advise you to start chewing hard gum (Mastic or Falim) for at least 2-3 hours a day. May I ask, what your current diet consists of? Also, what’s your height?

Also, are you Mexican? European males enslaved, colonized, brutalized, subjugated and dehumanised NATIVE women for over 400 years!
