How can i run an AI without negatively affecting brain development, what ais would be better for negating this affect. From what i know just don’t drop my e2 too low and ill be fine?

Haven’t really gotten there yet, im just shocked how alot of these retards drop e2 down to zero, and compromise brain development for 1-3 inches. Wondering how to do it properly as of now.

I’ve heard the two main options are aromasin and arimidex but I’m not sure which of those is the better option and what dose would be optimal for controlling estrogen without crashing it and ruining your brain
