Read up on how the circadian rhythm works. Go to sleep earlier, 1 am at latest, try reading if you like that, try to have your phone as far away as possible from your bed. What are the dreams about?
Physiological conditions?
And finally do you doom scroll before bed.
I don’t have a clueno I don't take any medications
I drink less then 150mg of caffeine
I don't remember the dreams tbh I forget most of my dreams after waking up in a few minutes unless I write them down but I wake up really panicked and it's been going on and off for a few weeks
I prob have ADHD and that's it
yess I doom scroll tiktok before bed everyday

when you’re dealing with a lot of tension or fear in real life, your mind tries to work through that during sleep so this might be a reason and another might be my fucked up sleep schedule but Im sure I don't have schizophrenia cuz I don't have a single symptomI don’t have a clue
You might have an underlying physiological condition id recommend a gp or physiological check up you may have schizophrenia early stages or something

Yes sleep schedule and doom scrolling is defintley somwthint you should fix first as night mares do not happen in REM and part of the reason your having them could be you not getting into REM fast enough.
