The only reliable means would be to identify and manipulate ornament chromosomes (like 15 and eye color) and sex hormone indicators. I guess activating pre-natal T genes for instance could boost a guy but it's too precarious of a thing to do because the face alters so much both environmentally as well as in the natural maturation process.

There's no attractiveness gene. You need harmony, good development, many individual features, etc.

It’s multiple genetics probably in the hundreds with varying effect size. Methodology would be the same as in GWAS plus Mendelian randomization. But you need huge database with faces (so no anonymity which is huge prob) plus their DNA sequence as well as their attractiveness score (probably by AI/ML rating system to streamline it)
