How come I like blowing my money on fast food?

A reasonable person in my situation would be saving for a car, their own place, holidays etc but for some strange reason I just blow all my money on fast food and alcohol, leaving me broke 90% of the time. The weird thing is, I actually enjoy doing this to myself . What causes this?
