How common are hollow cheeks?

To my understanding, one must have wide zygos, a defined ramus, and a maxilla thats not recessed in order to have hollow cheeks. If you were to get 100 people together in a room how many would have hollow cheeks in your opinion? My wager is something like 5-10 people having them.

Depends on the lighting. Almost anyone can be given hollow cheeks when the light is coming from the correct angle.

Most are too fat to have them. I have started to notice more and more hollow cheeks when I have lost weight. Also lightning matters a lot, as some have mentioned.
