the only things that make a difference are sunscreen, mositurizer and retin A. Everything else either doesnt work, or works but makes very little impact which make the cost/effort to result ratio unworthy


But for USA cels you guys have 0 access to good anti-aging sunscreen anyway unless you import and pay customs tax etc so it's probably pointless for you to wear sunscreen

Sometimes a moisturizer, but mostly just tretinoin cream and sunscreen. Though I'm lucky where the men in my family don't really suffer from wrinkles or very minimally.
