That's why it's better for a short guy to be self-employed, a freelancer, entrepreneur, etc. - basically avoid places where the advancement of his "career" depends on such superficial things...
On the other hand, a Chad can thrive in such places - companies, corporations, political parties, etc. he will quickly ascend, be promoted and he will have no problems in getting others to do the work for him, etc.
