How do I convince my bluepilled brother to get a haircut before he goes to uni?

My little bro is about to leave and go study in another town.

Now, the problem I have with this and why I worry about him: He's ugly, introverted, no charisma and extremely bluepilled.
(Into politics and other nerd shit).

But The major issue: His haircut is shit he looks like a homeless subhuman! Long unkempt hair, I tried drawing it:

I talked to him about it once and recommended him to get a normal looking short haircut, my mom tried convincing him as well but whenever this nigga goes to get his hair cut he only let's them cut off like 1cm.

He will have nothing going for him there, he's ugly, introverted an antisocial (likes to stay in his room all day), and a disgusting haircut of top of that, I can't let him drive there looking this way.. First impression is everything and if he looks weird its over.

Anything else I can do? Maybe he needs to learn the hard way, I told him about it 2 times and he always thinks he knows better even though he looks like a child thats afraid of haircuts
