Just cook the whites at the bottom so make them suny side up then what I do is obliterate it with cheese

i make them in a pan with butter, make sure its hot when u put it in, then after abit turn the heat down and put a lid on it so the white on top gets cooked without cooking the egg yolk.

Scramble em but make sure they are still sort of uncooked a bit. add that shi to some toasted bread and add salt and pepper. I eat it every morning and i don't complain. been doing it for 2 yrs
