How do I even get curtains?

I wanna grow my hair more and have the kind of messy middle part look, but my hair whorl at the back of my head is on the side, so the hair on one side grows towards the middle of the head, and therefore I can't even really create a middle part naturally

How far back on your head do u part your hair and how does the whorl interfer with that?

Probably overthinking it. Just grow it out you'll be able to get curtains unless you have fucked up hair texture. I rock that look sometimes but it can get in the way tbh.

This is what happens if I try middle parting my hair... The hair whorl where my hair growth stems from gets in the way, as the hair naturally grows from left to right, and middle parting it would require that side to go from right to left

I have the same, but when my hair is long enough it works better.

You need about 8cm in that area. And in the front you need a lot more than that.

Barbers are low iq though. They can either cut just fades or they can only cut long womans hair. Curtains are difficult for most of them.
