How do i fix insomnia?

Going out and doing a bunch of shit that involves walking/cardio during the day , and if that doesn’t work then resort to cannabis, and if I can’t get that then use melatonin or gaba or some shit

Why the hell would you try an addictive psychoactive drug before you try melatonin tablets

im using a shit ton of it and I’m still growing taller and my bones didn’t fuse yet so it can’t be that bad.

It does get habit-forming for sleep though

if you haven't alr start with melatonin, magnesium glycinate. worked for me

Yes bro, worked out for 2 hours yesterday and now it's 7am

That sucks bro. Is your diet good? If you work out too much and your body is looking for calories it will keep you up and with a high heart rate

It does man. Been taking mk recently but i haven't been feeling hungry since i"ve last ate. Diet is good but i keep having shit ton of thoughts in my head all the time, family problems etc. Somehow i still have energy even if i feel drained from everything. It started about 2 weeks ago. Thank you for the tips bro

Damn 2 weeks. Sucks but you’ll get better bro. I had struggles with insomnia for months and didn’t really do anything about it, eventually I dedicated like a week to improving my habits and trying different things 1 by 1, ended up finding and fixing the issue andnow sleep like a newborn baby.
