Always happens when I work out abs
It stops becoming pain and just becomes an unable mess to do it like my muscles become slow even with all my willpower behind it

How do I go past this point cause its fucking annoying,?
 
just stop. once i went too hard and teared my abs it hurt for a month

Go compete with a 27 inch waist. Unless you're doing a vacuum when you measure it
Ive thought about it before and I want to if boxing doesn't work out
Plus I only have average insertions

If you reach exhaustion that means your body cannot take anymore. This isn't an anime where you have a 1 minute flashback then push even further beyond. Listen to your body, if its exhausted stop and rest for a few seconds then try again. Overtraining will lead to injury and then you will not be able to train for months. If you ignore the injury and continue training you will cause permanent damage.
