If you're not Chad The only way is to get some kind of connection AKA ask some of your friends and classmates you know if they know who that girl is, then tell them to present the girl to you otherwise you'll look like a creep

Always look for signs of their attraction before making a move, such as staring or trying to be near you or pass very close by.

Something I’ve noticed is that in college, girls who are attracted to you tend to pass very close in the hallway, it’s their natural attempt to be noticed. I met my last girlfriend in the hallway; we locked eyes at first sight, and she almost bumped into me because she was walking in a straight line toward me jfl. The average girl is extremely high inhibition, but it's still obvious when she wants you.

idk but at my school u dont really talk to random people in the hallway, more like outside where ppl smoke and stuff cause idk everybody already has their friend in the hallway that they talk to or theyre on their phone or whatever idk its always ended up awkward for me in the hallways
