how do i treat post inflammatory erythema + microneedling question

so i got some red spots in my cheek after my last acne outbreak that become more visible if i rub my skin, read its some blood vessels or sth

i microneedled with a dermastamp today at 1.25mm, and that area was the only one that bleeded, is that supposed to happen or i fucked up sth

also applied 20% azelaic acid cream 30 minutes after the session, waiting for my 0.1% tret to arrive

i went to sleep and theyre still the same barely visible, but they will become a lot more reddish if i rub that area. how do i get rid of them

Niacinamide, Azelaic Acid, and time. They fade with time, and I would highly recommend against microneedling on PIE since the redness comes from damaged vessels, and microneedling will just further the damage and interrupt the healing.
