Has anyone really asked this? How do these surgeons become famous, develop a reputation, etc? Of course shilling themselves is part of it and it seems to be that their results often have little to do with their fame. Not only are many surgeons sociopathic, but it's questionable that they even have a good technique or eye for beauty.

After my botched rhinoplasty from a famous surgeon, I would trust a doctor from Turkey that has 6 million godlike before-and-afters than a name-brand surgeon from the US. The Anglo world is obsessed with meaningless credentials from universities and medical boards. Ask who are considered the best doctors in the US on any site, and the names you get recommended have the following: they teach at some hospital, they are on some board or whatever. But did they get appointed to these positions because they had great aesthetic sensibilities and dexterous hands? I don't even think so.

Besides, what do ANY of these credentials have to do with giving me a Chad face? They should be rated on the job they do by a panel of autistic professionals, like gymnasts or ice skaters at the Olympics, and be ranked accordingly. These surgeons getting famous seemingly randomly and arbitrarily makes absolutely no sense. People should be asking questions, because this process is a total black box and we can only go by hearsay from other people who may or may not be paid shills.

Imagine having that PFP unironically
like lmao yeah "dAmaGEd"

Technically they should become famous for their good results but a lot of them are good at marketing or they are endorsed by celebrities

They're good at playing the social game. Most of the surgeons get their recognition from other practicioners who respect them.

So Taban is the best eye surgeon for many reasons. I did not have my eye surgery with him, but I probably would have if I was willing to spend 2x more and wait 2x as long for Surgery.

1: Website - Great content & SEO, easy to navigate, clean layout. Top of Page 1 on Google for the best keywords with the right content.

2: Results - He posts all his best Before/After to his page. Does he get the best results in the industry? Probably. But he is the only who posts all his good surgeries to Instagram/Website.

3: Instagram - Large following of 70,000 on IG. Other Surgeons have 2-3k followers. Massive social proof.

4: Fame - He's been on TV shows, has a YouTube channel, and does the right things to promote his image/business.

I would suspect these reasons are similar for the other top Surgeons. Imo it mainly comes down to effort and wanting to be the best. It's not so much about credentials.

Can you get great results and can you market yourself and grow your brand effectively? The results part is on you but Taban absolutely hired out his website, SEO, IG growth...etc and it is paying huge dividends now.

They practice on incels lol

Surgeons that get popular on this site literally triple their prices.

Incels are moneybags for cosmetic surgeons

Nowadays, internet.

Before that, publications + referrals from other doctors.
