I assume you have the powder.

Phenibut is EXTREMELY CAUSTIC. What that means is that it tastes like ABSOLUTE SHIT, and will fuck your teeth up if you don’t brush after. I used to put it in as little water as possible and just take it all in one shot. It tastes HORRENDOUS and don’t keep it in your mouth for long.

Brush your teeth after.

A better idea is to cap it inside capsules.

Also it can give you stomach discomfort. I used to take those chewable tablets (forgot what they’re called) to help mitigate upset stomach.

But capping up the powder is the way you’re SUPPOSED to do it but not the only way you COULD.

I recommend ordering them for cheap online. I got 1000 for like 8 bucks
