How do you get motivation to go the gym/ play basketball etc.?
 
Literally just become obsessed with it like you become obsessed with other stupid shit.

And you excercise what with your adhd?
I lift and swim. I used to play computer games like all day like a no-lifer then I realized I could just treat gym like a video game.

The one thing autistic/aspie/non-NT guys have as an advantage is we can become totally, wholly, completely obsessed with things.

Make that thing being ripped.

Yeah i could go for a swim or two. I need goals though, as you said it's supposed to be like a videogame. I really need a lifting goal, can you help me with this? Beginner btw

The healthiest time of my life was when i was excercising and shit. Might as well get back on it. My goal is to be able to lift alot and balanced body. And also increase bodyweight by 50% nothing crazy

A lifting goal? That comes from you. What is your goal? To pick up bitches? To look good in the mirror? What do you want to do?

For me, my goal was to not be invisible to women. I'm a 6'2 skinnyfag.

I will be in the gym every single day until that goal is achieved. Secondary goal - hot Asian or White gf jfl

Yes indeed my goal is to become strong. Nothing crazy just to be able to talk my shit and back it up.

But my primary goal is to be strong when i'm old too i guess? Not sure.

Also skinny btw, i don't aim for anything crazy but i do want to gain a little body mass. This forum made me obsessed with face so much i started caring less about body. Oof.

Bodybuilding is easy, physical excercise was always quite easier for me then mental tasks cause its much straight forward, especially something as short as 40 minutes in the gym tbh, plus it actually feels good feeling the pump in the muscles which makes it kinda addictive to me tbh

I stopped cause of a chronic illness i gained IBD which made me shit out blood. But also i wasn't knowledgeable at food back then so ate terrible bland food which made me lazy to eat, even now the diet part of bodybuilding is the worst part, because i hate eating almost the same food every day, its annoying, but i keep going cause as i said, its painful but physical stuff is like a binary 0 and 1, its simple, not like when i have to study with ADHD which is terrible and i just end up yawning on the book

lol yeah bro don't worry about face, I see ugly dudes with hotties all the time. they prob got money or drugs or something else the bitch values highly. or they're jacked lol

See the thing with muscles is many bitches can't help but be attracted, they can't help it - its like when guys see a girl with a perfect shaped, fat ass and a skinny waist, big tits, etc. like ur not even looking at her face are you? At worst it helps you stand out - how many really jacked dudes do you see outside of gyms? Anyways, that's my theory. No hard results from my gymcel efforts as of yet but I'll keep you posted.
