How do you actually make friends with people your own age?

I’ve never had proper friends just people I’d speak to in class. I’m going to a new school and my plan was just to get extremely high and see where that would take me. Having no friends is very depressing because who are you supposed to have fun with and talk with, the only person I speak to is my mum.

If I don’t have a decent friend group this year then it’s over.
