The only solution I had found involved using Accutane which currently I can't access.

Hydrocortisone can help but it won't change the shape of the nose, the only other solution is a rhinoplasty

Get accutane online. If your bulbous nose is caused by inflammation you can use corticosteroids(it also causes skin atrophy). I'm on hydrocortisone and seeing some small changes

you can buy it online or in some pharmacies, it depends on your region tbh
