How do you guys supplement Potassium?

You don't need supplements if you're getting enough of everything in your diet.

I only take vitamin D supplements and I only do so because I live in Canada so I don't get enough sunlight during the winter.

Bananas, avocados, potatos, dried apricots, greek yoghurt (low fat) and then eating allot of salmon allong with read meat 1-2 a week. Most of the potassium sources (obv not the met anf fish) are high in fibre anyway so you should be trying to get them with every meal because it binds to the dietary cholesterol in your digestive tract.

Postassium is pretty easy to get through a standard diet. The only thing you really need to supplement is vitamin D
 
don't supplement it, 100g of 95% dark chocolate has over 1000mg of potassium :ogre:
 
I drink 2L of milk 1L of orange juice daily and I eat potatoes quite often, my problem is having too much potassium so I need to balance it with alot of salt

I'm doing Keto right now and according to Chronometer getting 2g of Potassium through diet, which is suboptimal. So I'm mixing some Potassium Chloride along with salt, calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate into sparkling water for those extra electrolytes
