My philtrum and lower third are a bit short. I want to do genioplasty but my chin to philtrum ratio will be a bit ogre (chin is already 2.4x philtrum)

Is there anything that can be done to moderately increase philtrum length (like 2mms?)

do you have shortface syndrome? Bimax can work for this in some cases.
Perhaps very mild. I think my lower third just needs a few more mms (3-4) to be in balance so nothing drastic.

Might be bimax. Can it lengthen distance between stomion and subnasale?

Yeah i think, because here it's not the skin tissue that is affected (liplift is often weird because stomion does not move from place to place), but if you lower the bones then it could stretch down all the soft features and the stomion in result

Yes I think I might need a mild bimax then. Fucking hell...

Sometimes Botox can help it depends on your smile type (of which there are 4 classifications)
V-to-Y plasty might work
Basically the reverse of a Y-to-V lip lift
