Computer is necessary for work, but the amount of time required using it causes brain fog. Chatting people becomes hard and the risk of socialminning increases because of the slow and schizo thinking that come with the fog.
Time spent outside always solves the problem, but I still got to go back to the computer and the thing repeats itself.
How do you manage such mentalceldom?
