How do you overcome the fear of pain

I've been seriously considering self-deleting in minecraft, but can't get over the fear of the pain or the fear of messing up and ending up even worse than before. How do people overcome it??

Good age, but unideal of course, last years of high school to first years of college should be the best of your life, socially and sexually/romantically

Idk bro… I might be too autistic for even that to ascend me. Imagining trying to get my first gf at 25 sounds extremely daunting, all the while listening to other people live the life I want to live

well in minecraft you generally can respawn, inless youre in hardcore. if ypu want you can get on creative and type /kill @a

Yeah u right, my antidepressants aren't working well enough to get me to commit to monk mode at 23. If there's anyone here who was truly able to commit to monk mode for several years, how did you overcome the negative thoughts? (Thoughts like "I won't have a gf until 25" or "everyone else around me is living such a great life while I'm wasting away in my room")
