How does alcohol affect you?

is For me a few drinks brings on total physical numbness, low inhibitions, and completely clears out any sadness. Almost like a reset button. I used to think everyone must have a similar response but for some guys alcohol has little to no effects at all. How do you feel when you are drunk? few drinks makes me super paranoid but once I get drunk enough to lose my sense of logic its same.
