- Sleep in cold bedroom 13c-15c with blanket
- Sauna/hot shower few hours before bed
- light out an hour before bed

Taking Adderall XR during the morning fixed my dspd for good

yeah I have ZMA before bed as well and vitamin d and b12 in the morning

I take Modafinil shit is not strong enough for me
I also used to take modafinil before I got my Adderall prescription. I wouldn't recommend it honestly, Adderal mogs to eternity and back.

Also you can use Creatine and glycine to further reduce the time needed for well rested sleep. Many studies done on that.
