Nah theyre high T. violence, risk-taking behaviour and low inhibition is textbook high T behaviour

After age adjustment, free testosterone levels were significantly higher in black than in white men (WMD = 4.07 pg/mL, 95% CI 1.26, 6.88). Depending on the free testosterone concentration in white men, this WMD translates into a racial difference ranging from 2.5 to 4.9%.


Also Testosterone inversely correlates with IQ. thats why high IQ ethnicities are often very unathletic and weaker on avg, eg: jews and asians. and since IQ also inversely correlates with direct immediate Violence and Aggression (high T men with high IQ are considerably less violent than high T + low IQ men) this also helps explain why asians commit less crime than other ethnicities, and blacks more crimes in the USA
