Realistically the absolute maximum you can lose as a regular person is about a pound per day but if you arent fat your body will be much more conservative with how it uses its fat storage so it will take a while.

DF= Dry fast, no food no water max 5-minute shower

Finally hit 10-12% bodyfat, refeed was smaller than usual b/c could not stomach that much food for the day.
Total weight loss: 86 lbs in 1 month, 3 weeks, and 2 days
THINGS TO NOTE:
1. I did 30 minutes of cardio in the morning when I woke up and 1 hour in the afternoon after school every day
2. I did a light, full-body workout on refeed days (enough to feel sort of sore but not that intense at all)
3. If I did more cardio, the weight would have gone much faster
4. The week I lost the most weight I did 3x times cardio but was too lazy to keep up that discipline ( but it is DEFINITELY POSSIBLE to lose insane amounts of weight if you do massive amounts of steady-state cardio)
5. As I got leaner, I got ravenously hungry so I added calories on refeed days. Rule of thumb I used: every 10 ish pounds add 200-300 calories to refeed days
6. Initially freaked out on refeed days, not realizing the weight is just water + food weight which goes away within 15 hours
7. You lose the weight when you sleep, it really is "overnight weightloss" when your body metabolizes your fat
