how many surgeries are considered too much?

Is custom jaw w/ cheekbone, rhino, and almond eye considered too much plastic surgery?
I feel like this is the most one could do

If you look fake its too much, cheekbone implants and jaw implants may make you look fake.

Almond eye sugery isn't really a problem cause it doesn't necesarilly mean poor genes when explained. But i dont see why you would get it.
