How much does being sleep deprived for one day fuck up you're collagen?

This is assuming you've been sleeping well (8+ hours) for about a month

A lot for whatever reason. My skin looks like an abomination after a night of less than 5 hours of sleep. Nothing I do during the day, such as exercising, cleansing, drinking water, etc. makes it any better.

The bad complexion of your skin after a night without sleep is just a temporary effect; it doesn't affect your collagen in any significant way over the long term, if you sleep well normally.

My skin looks raw and white after like 6 hours of sleep usually when I go to bed very late like 3 am
 
or wake u p really early
 
It ages you 7 years.
